Welcome to the Rorbunanlegget Svolvær Havn
All stays should be paid in advance. As soon as you book your stay at the Rorbuanlegget Svolvær Havn, you will receive an email/text message with a payment link. You will not receive the key code to your cabin unless payment has been made in advance (see checking in). Don’t forget that you will always find the lowest prices on our web site. Invoices must be arranged directly with our booking department: email@example.com.
Reservations will be confirmed as soon as payment has been registered. If your stay has not been paid, you will not receive the key code for the seahouse/villa/residence (see checking in).
When cancellations are made before 12 noon on the 7 day before intended arrival, a complete refund will be given. This applies to reservations made directly to Svolvær Harbour Fisherman’s Cabins / Fast Hotels (using web page, email or telephone). Cancellations must be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . NB! When it comes to reservations made with one of our subcontractors (such as booking.com, Expedia, hotels.com, etc.), the terms and conditions of refund of the supplier in question will apply. In such cases, you must contact the supplier in question directly.
Our guests will never need to queue up for their keys. As soon as your unit is ready on your day of arrival (15:00 hours at the latest), you will receive a text message with your personal key code (given that your stay has been paid for). This code applies for the entire duration of your stay. Once you have received your key code, you can occupy the seahouse as soon as you like.
Checking out is an obsolete concept with us. You simply pack your bags and leave before 12 noon on your day of departure – just as quick, simple and queue-free as when you arrived. Your key code will be deactivated at 12 noon. Thank you for staying with us and welcome back!
We are inspired by all of those who have dared to think new thoughts in order to make things simpler, especially with the help of new technology. We have no reception desk or receptionists. You receive your key code by email or text message on the day you are due to check in, as soon as your cabin is ready. Guaranteed queue-free.
All our seahouses are furnished with well-equipped kitchens. Should you wish to go out for dinner, you are more than welcome at Nordis Restaurant in the town square.
Security guards patrol and check out the area at regular intervals. Our fire alarm system is directly linked to the central fire service. Our own staff are also available 24 hours a day should the need arise.
Have a comfortable stay – and see and do more. We have favourable arrangements with the best restaurants and activity providers in the area. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further details.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us. All of our seahouses are tastefully and sensibly furnished. We know that a comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep are the most important things to our guests. This is why are beds are of the most excellent quality.
Free wireless internet is available at all of our seahouses.
The beds are made and a set of towels (large and small) for each guest will be ready on your arrival. Our staff take care of the cleaning subsequent to your departure. In the event of long-term stays, regular cleaning can be arranged. Extra cleaning or extra towels can be selected when booking, or in advance by sending an email to email@example.com.
